Refund Policy and Return Policy
Do you want to return or exchange the items you purchased? No problem! EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD: You now have 45 days from the day you received your order to return unused products and we offer free returns and exchanges.
How do I return a product?
To return an item, simply proceed as follows:
Send an email to hello@bonvoybags.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please provide us with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
When we received this info from you we will send you a return label so you can drop off your parcel at your nearest pick-up location.
Refund
As soon as the product has been returned in good condition to our warehouse, we will do a refund to the account that you used when you bought the product.
Exchange
We offer free exchanges - no extra shipping fees - if you wish to exchange your products.
To exchange an item, proceed as follows:

When we received this info we will send out the new product to you together with a return label for the old one.
